1. What industries do you specialize in serving?

I primarily work with small service businesses and community organizations in the Gunnison Valley — contractors, cleaning companies, property managers, hospitality businesses, HOAs, PTAs, and school organizations. If you’re running lean, wearing a lot of hats, and feel like your systems haven’t kept up with your growth, you’re exactly who I work with.

2. How can your consulting services help my business grow?

Most small businesses lose time every week to manual processes, disorganized records, or tools that don’t talk to each other. I come in, figure out where the friction is, and fix it — whether that’s setting up a scheduling system, getting your books in order, or building a digital presence that actually brings in customers. Less time fighting your systems means more time running your business.

3. How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

Everything you share stays between us. I work with your financial records, internal processes, and business information as a trusted partner, not a vendor. I follow standard data security practices and am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if that gives you peace of mind.

The easiest first step is reaching out through the contact form. Tell me a little about your business and what’s not working, and we’ll set up a free 20-minute call to talk it through. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest conversation about whether I can help.

5. What services do you offer?

I offer three core areas of support: bookkeeping and financial systems (QuickBooks, Wave, month-end processes, reconciliation), operational systems (scheduling tools, team management, workflow setup), and digital presence (websites, Google Business Profiles, branding, social media). Most clients need a mix — I’ll help you figure out where to start.

6. Do you provide tailored solutions?

Always. I don’t sell packages or one-size-fits-all systems. Every business is different — a cleaning company with a growing team has completely different needs than a community HOA trying to get its books straight. I look at your specific situation and build from there.

7. Where are you located?

I’m based in Crested Butte, Colorado, and work primarily with businesses in the Gunnison Valley. I also work remotely with clients outside the area — most of what I do can be done over Zoom and screen share.
