Your inbox. Your tasks. Your calendar.

“Check my email, organize what matters, and help me keep up with tasks and events.”

YOUR TOOLS

Email · Calendar · Tasks

YOUR STARTING POINT

One guided build. A useful everyday assistant.

Available actions depend on your AI plan, apps, and permissions.

Make everyday work easier

Build an assistant for everyday follow-through.

We’ll begin with a quick AI basics overview: platforms and models, the parts of an assistant, and what AI can help you do. Then we’ll build together.

Check and organize email

Set up a workflow to review your inbox, identify what matters, and help file messages where your connection supports it.

Turn messages into action

Work through creating tasks, checking your calendar, and adding events using the connections available in your setup.

Stay in control

Review proposed changes and approve filing, task creation, and calendar updates. Set clear boundaries around private information and actions.

Your first useful version

Leave with a starting point you can build on.

  • A first version of your personal assistant, built from the guided workshop setup.
  • Reusable instructions for reviewing email, organizing messages, creating tasks, and managing calendar events.
  • A clearer understanding of what your tools support and what to try next.

Is this workshop for you?

It’s for curious beginners and occasional AI users who want help with everyday planning, communication, and follow-through.

Small-business owners, nonprofit staff, and community members are welcome. No coding experience needed.

Comfortable connecting your tools? This workshop is built around connecting an AI assistant to your email, calendar, and task list. If you are not comfortable making these connections, this workshop is not a good fit.

You can participate with read-only access where your tools support it: review information and get suggested tasks or events while making changes yourself. Filing email, creating tasks, and adding events require write access. You can keep those permissions off.

Small group. Room for questions. Time to try.

Two hands-on hours
$59 per participant

Limited to 12 participants.

One participant per registration. A place is confirmed only after successful payment.

Bring your curiosity—and your laptop.

  • A charged laptop and charger. Tablets and phones may have limitations.
  • Access to your own ChatGPT or Claude account. Sign in yourself; never send us your password.

No project or problem to prepare—we’ll guide you through the same assistant build together. You’ll receive confirmation after payment, with your selected session and what to bring. Further technology preparation instructions will follow.

ChatGPT or Claude? Both are welcome.

Connections and permission options vary by AI plan, the apps you use, account settings, and current platform support. Your registration questionnaire helps us prepare and verify what your setup supports, including read-only options. You connect your own accounts; we never ask for your passwords.

We can’t promise every app will connect with every plan. Where a direct connection isn’t available, we’ll explore a practical alternative. We’ll send preparation guidance before the workshop.

Leigh’s ground rules

You stay in charge.

  • Keep a human in charge. AI can draft an email or propose an action. You send emails, accept invitations, and make purchases yourself.
  • AI is intelligent, but not clever. A convincing answer can still miss your priorities or the practical situation.
  • You know what you want best. Give clear direction, question the result, and correct it when needed.
  • Review changes before applying them. Keep write permissions off if you prefer read-only participation.
